Bean Burritos

Filling Ingredients:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can mixed beans (or beans of choice) rinsed and drained
1 cup salsa
1 cup corn
1 tbsp taco seasoning (or ½ tbsp cumin and ½ tsp chili powder)
Burrito Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour tortillas
Lettuce or greens of choice
Vegetables of choice (tomatoes, celery, cucumber etc)
Shredded cheese of choice
Avocado/guacamole or hummus (optional)
Anything else you want!
Directions:
Mix all the filling ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through (about 10 mins.)
Assemble your burrito however you like by placing all ingredients in a flour tortilla and rolling it up. Enjoy!
