Overnight oats make busy mornings better. Using the recipe below you can make either a peanut butter banana version, or a yogourt and berry version. Or, you could do it all together for a peanut butter, yogourt, banana and berry extravaganza.
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Peanut butter (optional- goes well with sliced bananas)
2 tbsp yogourt (optional- goes well with berries)
sliced banana OR berries (or both)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except the fruit to a mason jar, cup or bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add fruit.
Add more milk or maple syrup if necessary and enjoy!
